IFSTL prepares for this summer's Microbiology Training Programs.
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has tied up with Global Food Safety Partnership (GFSP) for training its lab personnel on high-end testing of mycotoxins, pesticide residues and veterinary drug residues in Singapore and at the University of Maryland in the United States.
Interview with Dr. Janie Dubois of the IFSTL by Dr. Rick Gilmore of GFSF.
We had record colds, we had snow, but we also had a fantastic hands-on laboratory workshop on methods for the determination of aflatoxins in food.
The  end of a year is a good time to reflect on what we have accomplished in the last 12 months and here at JIFSAN, especially in the Lab, we can honestly say that we've had a great year and made a lot of new friends!
