The International Food Safety Training Laboratory (IFSTL) at the renowned Joint Institute for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (JIFSAN), in collaboration with the U.S. FDA, offers food safety professionals exceptional opportunities to participate in hands-on laboratory methods.
We realize that not all training obstacles can be overcome by applying an “off-the-shelf solution.” While many training providers will offer you some variation of their standard training, JIFSAN-IFSTL’s subject matter experts will work with you and your team to determine your exact areas of need for immediate and measurable performance results. While instruction is not platform-specific, our wide selection of instrumentation from Waters, Vicam, Dupont Qualicon, Life Technologies, 3M, Bio-Rad and BioMerieux may enable training on the platforms you use in your organization.
