Training of Analytical Competencies Focused on Micronutrient Analysis in Bangladesh

Course Description

This training program will enable the relevant stakeholders in Bangladesh (Food Safety Authority, standard setting bodies and/or non-governmental partners) to measure micronutrients in food, especially fortified rice. It is expected that the gained competencies will allow the relevant agencies the accurate verification of fortification levels not only in fortified rice but in similar food matrices.
