New Webinar Series in Food Microbiology

The IFSTL at JIFSAN  is implementing a webinar series organized by the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), Food Safety Cooperation Forum and its Partnership Training Institute in collaboration with ACHIPIA in Chile. This series focuses on rapid methods for the identification of Salmonella and E. coli.


This webinar series is part of an ongoing laboratory competency strengthening initiative. This initiative strives to improve the safety of food consumed throughout the region by strengthening APEC economies' ability to adopt science-based internationally accepted laboratory practices and produce compatible laboratory data, thereby facilitating trade and increasing confidence in the food supply.
